Who we are

Supplier Support International, Inc. (SSI, Inc) is the parent company of the Heat Injector. We are a family-owned business started by David Krupp in July 2001 with the goal to identify problems and designing products and processes to solve those problems. We currently hold 2 patents on the Heat Injector and have applied this patented product to many different processes.

The Heat Injector is not only used by Professional Pest Control Operators to kill bed bugs but it is also used to heat fresh air used to replace the exhausted air. It has been designed into paint drying chambers, plaster mold drying chambers, and post heaters for the dehumidification process for chicken processing plants.

The patented Heat Injector System consumes less electricity to move the air and reduces fossil fuel consumption by allowing the airflow to be varied without affecting the clean-burning characteristics of the direct gas-fired burner. Those who incorporate the Heat Injector System have a competitive advantage over the competition. We now have the most powerful, energy-efficient, and effective heat treatment equipment to eradicate bed bugs on the market. We also have the Industrial Heat Injector that can be applied to heat fresh and recirculated air in factories, as a direct gas-fired duct heater. We are growing in that understanding with each challenge we face.

Our Mission

Supplier Support International was started to act as a link between those who make things and those who have problems which can be solved by those we serve. SSI uses the talents we have to serve as the orchestrator between those who have a need and those who can solve it. As we grew we started to develop talents to design sheet metal and develop the electrical controls that make the products we design safe, simple, and effective. It is our vision to develop the product lines to incorporate features and functions that the market has never seen. The patented Heat Injector (US Patent 7,360,534) is the result of this goal. It was introduced to the Industrial and Commercial HVAC Markets in 2010 as a new concept to heat fresh air and recirculated air for buildings and processes. We trust the Lord will continue to lead and guide us as we serve those who need our help. We have some exciting things under development and we are becoming stronger with each company we are able to serve.
